Accounts & Operations Data Entry Executive

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to manage our daily billing and accounting operations with high precision. You will be responsible for handling Tally entries and ensuring smooth business documentation in a fast-paced environment. • Efficiently generating invoices, purchase orders, and all billing entries. Maintaining daily accounts and recording sales/purchase transactions using Tally and ERP software. Managing systematic data entry in MS Excel and preparing periodic reports. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing. Handling digital and physical documentation along with filing tasks. Assisting in GST billing and maintaining basic compliance records. Updating and managing supplier and customer database accurately.

• Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or above. Fundamental knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word is a must. Strong understanding of computer operations and basic accounting principles. Good communication skills with a highly organized approach to work. Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Disciplined work attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
