The Admin Executive role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functioning. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office
Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Handle vendor coordination and service follow-ups
Monitor office inventory and place supply orders when required
Assist HR and finance teams with basic administrative support
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and office upkeep
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Requirements:
Any graduate degree qualification (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or equivalent)
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
