Administration & Accounts Support Executive

Join our architectural engineering bureau to streamline essential office operations and maintain seamless client relations. We are looking for a responsible professional to manage documentation, handle payment follow-ups, and provide vital support to our accounting and project teams.

• Managing day-to-day administrative operations including document control and versioning. Handling basic accounting tasks, invoice preparation, and payment tracking. Professional coordination with clients for document collection and project updates. Executing persistent payment follow-ups and maintaining updated status records. Maintaining accurate databases of projects, correspondence, and internal logs. Assisting the accounts team with financial reconciliations and payment updates. Ensuring secure storage and quick retrieval of all project-related documentation.

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping. Expertise in MS Office, specifically Excel for maintaining logs and Word for documentation. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus. Strong organizational ability to handle multiple administrative tasks with high accuracy.
