AI Script Writer & Prompt Engineer (Voice Systems)

• Design and refine AI conversation flows and voice agent personas.
• Write and optimize structured system prompts in natural English to guide AI behavior.
• Test AI voice responses continuously to ensure high accuracy, professional tone, and natural flow.
• Identify and fix AI hallucinations or inconsistencies in conversation logic.
• Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally interact with Australian clients for project alignment.
• Maintain high design standards to make AI interactions sound human-like and intelligent.

• Educational background in English Honours, MA English, Mass Communication, or Journalism is highly preferred.
• Exceptional command over written and spoken English with total clarity of thought.
• Natural curiosity for AI tools and experience in experimenting with LLM outputs.
• Ability to work the early morning shift (5:30 AM 2:30 PM IST) to align with international markets.
• Must be able to work on-site from our Park Circus office in Kolkata.
• Strong logical reasoning to structure complex conversation paths.
