Airline Ticketing and Travel Coordinator

Join Alfiya Tours & Travels as a dedicated Ticketing Staff to manage domestic and international flight reservations. We are looking for an individual with GDS expertise who can provide top-notch travel coordination and exceptional service to our valued clients.

• Manage domestic and international airline ticket bookings efficiently. Utilize GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo for reservations and ticket issuance. Assist customers with flight schedules, fare options, and detailed travel advice. Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds accurately. Provide precise fare quotations and maintain systematic booking records. Coordinate with airlines and partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Address customer queries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing or a relevant travel industry internship. Hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is highly preferred. Diploma or Certification in Travel & Tourism or Airline Ticketing is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client inquiries. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with high attention to detail.
