Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with high-quality candidates across various industry sectors.
Perform initial candidate screening and conduct preliminary interviews.

Effectively manage candidate pipelines and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
Provide support for executive leadership hiring and specialized talent advisory projects.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Practical knowledge of MS Office, Zoho, ATS platforms, and HR automation tools.
Experience level of 03 years in Recruitment Operations or Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with strong foundational skills are highly encouraged to apply.
