Area Sales Manager - Veterinary Pharma

Sushima Pharmaceuticals is looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Haryana. Lead a dedicated team of VSRs and drive sales growth for a renowned company with 25 years of industry excellence.

• Supervise and support a team of 8-10 Veterinary Sales Representatives (VSR) across various HQs.
• Drive teamwork and strategic planning to ensure consistent sales target achievement.
• Monitor field activities and provide on-the-ground guidance to the sales force.
• Execute company promotional strategies and ensure brand visibility in the assigned territory.

• Minimum 4-5 years of solid experience specifically as an Area Sales Manager in a Veterinary company.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a field team.
• Graduate degree in any discipline (Science or Pharma background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for professional pharmaceutical sales.

• Attractive CTC ranging from 4.00 to 6.00 Lakhs per annum based on competency.
