• Performing precision line assembly tasks within the manufacturing facility.
• Ensuring all mechanical components are fitted according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Operating tools and equipment safely while maintaining a steady production pace on the assembly line.
• Collaborating with the technical team to troubleshoot any assembly issues during the production cycle.
• Adhering to factory safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in line assembly within any manufacturing industry.
• Freshers with relevant technical certifications (ITI/Diploma) may also be considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle industrial assembly tools.
• Commitment to working in-person at our Palakkad facility.
• Disciplined approach toward daily production targets and shift timings.
