Join VRO Hospitality, one of India's leading hospitality chains. We are looking for skilled Bartenders to create exceptional drink experiences and interact with guests in a high-energy environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expertly prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and take orders efficiently
Maintain strict bar hygiene and organization standards at all times
Verify guest identification to ensure full compliance with legal age requirements
Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock bar supplies
Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments
Requirements:
Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of classic drink recipes and modern bar equipment
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
