Back Office Assistant and Gati Data Operator

We are seeking a meticulous Back Office Executive with mandatory experience in Gati Software to streamline our daily logistics data. This is a perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage documentation and coordination within a fast-growing environment.

• Execute precise and timely data entry for invoices and shipments using Gati Software. Maintain comprehensive records within internal spreadsheets and systems. Manage all documentation for inward and outward logistics operations. Prepare and share daily or weekly operational reports with supervisors. Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to fix any data discrepancies. Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to the database. Ensure complete data integrity and adherence to company compliance standards. Provide administrative support for various back-office requirements as needed.

• Mandatory hands-on experience working with Gati Software. Fast and highly accurate typing skills. Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Educational background of 10+2, Diploma, or Graduation in any stream. Previous experience in transport or logistics back-office is highly preferred.
