Join Koonathil Traders, a leading foodservice distributor since 1992. We are looking for a dedicated Billing Staff member to manage seamless transactions and ensure exceptional customer service at our Palghat location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer transactions using billing software.
Maintain precise billing records and reconcile daily accounts.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Generate regular billing and financial reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in supermarket or hypermarket billing operations.
Proficiency in handling specialized billing software and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
