Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced startup environment and drive revenue growth. If you excel at value-based selling and turning potential opportunities into successful client partnerships, this on-site role is for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to build a robust pipeline. Identify specific customer needs and pitch tailored IT solutions effectively. Conduct professional product demonstrations and manage consistent client follow-ups. Close sales deals and strive to achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets. Maintain accurate records within the CRM and manage the sales lifecycle. Coordinate closely with marketing and product teams for strategic alignment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. Prior background in SaaS, IT services, or digital products is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and handling professional calls. Goal-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
