Business Operations Executive - Automation

Emrell Technologies is looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive to streamline internal processes in our Industrial Automation division. This is a high-ownership role involving project management, lead tracking, and coordination with HR and Finance teams.

• Monitor and assign daily tasks to technical staff and engineers using ERPNext.
• Maintain project timelines, track lead-to-order conversion rates, and update CRM data.
• Prepare commercial quotations and manage vendor inquiries for BOM items.
• Coordinate with CA for GST filing, TDS compliance, and maintain accounts receivable.
• Manage daily attendance, payroll inputs, and project man-hour costing reports.
• Conduct daily team stand-ups and provide consolidated operations dashboards to the Director.

• Educational background in B.Com, BBA, or MBA is required.
• Prior experience with ERP systems like ERPNext, Tally, or Zoho is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital documentation management.
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi with a working knowledge of English.
• Strong organizational skills and an ownership mindset to handle operational pressure.
