Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at VRO Hospitality as a Cashier, where you will manage the billing counter and ensure a delightful experience for our guests. We are looking for responsible individuals with food industry experience to handle payments and coordinate orders in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle all cash, card, and digital payment transactions with 100% accuracy. Generate customer bills promptly using the POS system. Manage daily cash balancing and maintain detailed billing records. Deliver top-notch customer service and assist guests with their order selections. Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are processed correctly. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at the billing counter. Address customer queries and resolve basic complaints with a polite attitude.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cashier specifically within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry. Familiarity with POS software and digital payment gateways. Strong basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment during peak hours.
