Join the elite team at Pass Code Hospitality as a Hostess/GRE to deliver a warm Indian welcome to our premium guests. You will be the first point of contact, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless seating experience in the vibrant atmosphere of North Goa.

• Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Efficiently managing table reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow.
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure guests are attended to promptly.
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the menu and special offers.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized concierge desk and entrance area.

• Excellent communication skills with a pleasing and professional personality.
• Prior experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Executive in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to handle guest crowds and manage pressure during peak hours gracefully.
• Must be available for full-time shifts and in-person work in North Goa.
• Basic computer knowledge for managing digital reservation systems.
