Join Allstate s Infrastructure Services to design and build secure, opinionated cloud platforms that protect millions of families. You will automate public cloud services using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code in a collaborative Extreme Programming environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Building secure cloud environments aligned with business and security strategies Automating software deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks Designing and operating complex cloud platform infrastructure and CI/CD tools Executing strategic engineering proof of concepts for next-gen cloud platforms Mentoring teams in extreme programming, product mindset, and as-a-service approaches Developing user-centric functions-as-a-service and managing technical designs
Requirements:
Strong experience implementing complex applications on public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Deep understanding of multi-region, highly available, and stateless/stateful deployments Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or OpenTofu Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, Groovy, or Ruby for infrastructure Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, and Concourse Willingness to work in a paired programming/engineering model (Extreme Programming)
