CNC Machine Production Operator Executive

We are looking for a motivated CNC Production Operator to join our shop floor team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or junior candidates to gain hands-on experience with modern CNC machinery and ERP systems in a structured manufacturing environment.

• Execute daily production targets as per assigned job cards and production plans Update real-time production progress and job status directly into the ERP system Conduct quality inspections and record results in ERP following standard SOPs Perform basic machine operations including loading raw materials and changing tools Support the senior team in basic machine setup and routine maintenance tasks Maintain high standards of shop floor discipline and workplace housekeeping Coordinate effectively with production, quality, and maintenance departments Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards during shifts

• ITI, Diploma, or CNC Certification is preferred (Freshers are welcome) Basic understanding of manufacturing practices and CNC machine shop environments Comfortable using computers for basic data entry in ERP software Ability to read and understand technical job cards and inspection plans Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following SOPs Willingness to learn multi-skill operations and take ownership of tasks
