CSR Partnerships & Corporate Relations Lead

Join Suma Blessings Foundation to spearhead our mission by building high-impact alliances with corporate giants. We are looking for a dedicated professional to bridge the gap between community needs and corporate social responsibility goals through strategic networking and compliant fundraising.

• Develop and execute a robust CSR fundraising strategy aligned with our thematic priorities and Theory of Change.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard potential corporate partners to secure long-term, multi-year grants.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, including pitching, negotiation, and relationship maintenance with CSR heads and sustainability teams.
• Draft and customize fundable CSR proposals strictly adhering to Companies Act 2013 (Schedule VII) requirements.
• Oversee statutory compliance, including utilization certificates, impact reports, and audit documentation for donors.
• Collaborate with internal program and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting of CSR projects.
• Represent the foundation at industry forums, networking events, and CSR platforms to enhance organizational visibility.

• Bachelors degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or Development Studies; Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 57 years of proven experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or ESG alliances.
• Deep functional knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 CSR provisions and Schedule VII compliance.
• Excellent corporate relationship management skills with a track record of closing high-value partnerships.
• Superior proposal writing, pitching, and strategic communication abilities.
