Customer Care Executive - Voice & Chat Support

• Resolve customer queries and concerns across call, chat, and email platforms while maintaining strict quality benchmarks. Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and follow-up requests using standard forms and digital logs. Develop a comprehensive understanding of various products and organizational processes to provide accurate assistance. Utilize prepared scripts to effectively influence customer retention and provide detailed product reference information. Manage both inbound and outbound service requests within a blended process environment. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure complex customer issues are tracked to resolution. Ensure consistent performance in a high-pressure call centre operations setting.

• Minimum qualification of a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy. Strong computer literacy and technical troubleshooting skills. Previous experience in BPO or the BFSI domain is a significant advantage. Proficiency in any regional Indian language is highly preferred and will be an added benefit.
