Customer Relationship Executive - Sales

Join a leading Earthmoving machine manufacturer as a CRE to manage leads, coordinate with warehouses, and drive sales through effective CRM management.

• Handle incoming leads from the company website, IndiaMart, and various social media platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare professional quotations within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify product availability and stock status.
• Communicate product details, quotations, and order updates via WhatsApp and Email.
• Maintain accurate records of all quotations, invoices, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide dispatch updates and collect customer feedback after delivery.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a significant advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively between departments.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or customer relations is preferred.

• Salary up to 20,000 INR per month.
