Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries with professionalism and a smile.
Resolve client issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
Graduates in any stream (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
12th Pass candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of solid BPO experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Immediate joiners will be given top priority.
