Job Summary:
Join Lets Rentz as a Customer Support Executive to manage client inquiries and provide exceptional service. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong convincing skills to handle telecalling operations and support our growing team in Mohali.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls effectively. Providing accurate information about services to potential clients. Maintaining daily records and follow-ups using Excel and WhatsApp. Building positive customer relationships through effective communication. Meeting daily calling targets and ensuring high service quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass qualification is mandatory. Fluent in Hindi with basic proficiency in English. Sound knowledge of basic computer operations, including MS Excel. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred. Strong convincing power and a positive professional attitude.
