Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming online customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in English.
Manage shift operations independently during night hours (9:00 PM 4:00 AM).
Ensure all customer concerns are resolved or escalated as per company standards.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a dedicated fresher with a proactive attitude.
Strong command over the English language is mandatory.
Comfortable working consistently in the night shift.
Should reside near Madhunagar, Deori Road, Semri, Gwalior Road, or Rajpur Chungi.
