Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve diverse customer queries via inbound/outbound calls. Provide accurate information to clients while strictly following company SOPs. Maintain detailed and updated logs of all customer interactions in the system. Deliver a professional and seamless experience to ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with team leads to meet daily performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream. Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Fundamental knowledge of computer operations and basic typing speed. Ability to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements. Must carry PAN, Aadhaar, updated resume, and qualification certificates for the interview.
