• Accurately enter and update product, order, and customer information in our e-commerce system.
• Maintain data consistency across various digital platforms and internal databases.
• Coordinate with production and customer service teams to assist in daily order processing.
• Perform thorough reviews of product listings, ensuring pricing and descriptions are correct.
• Identify and rectify any data discrepancies with a sharp eye for detail.

• Mandatory proficiency in computer applications like MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent fluency in spoken and written English for clear professional communication.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high self-motivation.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce, apparel, or printing industry is a major plus.
