Roles & Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver retail packets safely to customers within designated local zones. Manage delivery tasks efficiently using the partner mobile application. Ensure all deliveries are completed within the stipulated time frames to maintain service quality. Handle cash or digital payments from customers during doorstep deliveries when required. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler with valid documentation including RC and Driving Licence (DL). Possession of an Android Smartphone (Version 7.0 or above). Basic navigation skills and familiarity with local neighborhoods in Calicut. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented delivery environment. Fresher candidates and students are welcome to apply.
