Job Summary:
Join a leading IT solutions firm as a Field Support Engineer providing onsite technical assistance. This role offers excellent hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and networking for career-oriented professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite installation and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers. Perform OS installations and resolve software-related technical glitches. Handle basic networking tasks including LAN, router, and switch configurations. Conduct regular customer site visits for hardware maintenance and service. Coordinate with the central service team to provide real-time updates on call status.
Requirements:
Diploma or any Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics stream. Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware and networking protocols. Possession of a personal two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits. Willingness to travel across various client locations daily. Effective communication skills to interact with onsite customers.
