Diploma Engineer Trainee

• Undergo rigorous on-the-job training in the manufacturing or production department of a German MNC.
• Support senior engineers in day-to-day shop floor operations and production processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety as per international manufacturing protocols.
• Assist in assembly, production planning, or quality inspection tasks as assigned.
• Monitor machinery performance and report any technical discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure all production targets are met within the designated 8-hour shift.

• Must hold a Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
• Experience level of 0 to 1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Ability to work effectively in a structured industrial environment on the SGK India payroll.
• Willingness to join immediately and work in the Pune industrial belt.
• Strong technical foundation and a keen interest in automotive or mechanical manufacturing.
