Embedded IoT Hardware & PCB Design Engineer

Join our innovative team to architect the next generation of ESP32-based smart home controllers and energy monitoring modules. We are seeking a precision-oriented engineer capable of designing production-ready, high-voltage IoT hardware that balances safety, performance, and cost-optimization.

• Develop sophisticated schematics for ESP32-based IoT devices including power supply and protection circuits.
• Design and optimize high-density 2-layer and 4-layer PCB layouts with a focus on DFM/DFT.
• Engineer 230V AC switching sections using relay or triac-based solutions for 16A loads.
• Implement robust AC-to-DC power supply sections using SMPS or isolated modules.
• Ensure stringent safety compliance by maintaining proper creepage, clearance, and isolation for mains.
• Apply EMI/EMC best practices and RF layout techniques for stable WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity.
• Prepare manufacturing-ready documentation including BOM, Gerber files, and Pick & Place data.
• Coordinate with international fabrication houses like JLCPCB for prototyping and debugging.

• Deep expertise in analog and digital electronics with a focus on ESP32 hardware architecture.
• Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium, KiCad, or EasyEDA.
• Solid understanding of 230V AC safety protocols, ESD surge protection, and noise reduction.
• Ability to optimize BOM costs for mass production without compromising reliability.
• Knowledge of AC presence detection methods and zero-cross switching logic.
• Familiarity with IoT compliance standards (BIS, CE, or FCC) is a significant advantage.
