Job Summary:
Join the prestigious Idli Street family as a Counter Crew Member to deliver top-notch service. We are looking for energetic candidates with a pleasing personality to handle customer interactions and billing with a big smile.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing the front counter and greeting every guest warmly. Accurate handling of cash transactions and POS billing systems. Explaining the menu items to customers and taking food orders efficiently. Ensuring the counter area remains neat, clean, and well-organized. Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC qualification or any Graduate degree. Both experienced professionals and freshers are most welcome to apply. Strong communication skills and a very enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude. Age must be between 18 to 40 years. Commitment to a stable and long-term career with the brand.
