Job Summary:
Join our founding team as an Executive Assistant to help build a premium multi-sport and wellness destination in Bengaluru. You will serve as the operational nerve centre, working directly with the Founder to manage everything from construction milestones to investor relations during this exciting pre-launch phase.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the Founder s calendar end-to-end, including scheduling, daily briefings, and conflict resolution. Track project workstreams across construction, vendor onboarding, and regulatory approvals. Liaise with architects, contractors, and institutional stakeholders like St. John s Medical College. Prepare investor decks, business updates, membership proposals, and financial expense tracking. Draft professional communications and represent leadership in key stakeholder meetings. Oversee office operations and travel logistics as the business scales toward the grand launch.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or Business Operations lead. Proven track record in high-pace environments like startups, hospitality, or real estate. Exceptional English communication skills; mastery of Google Workspace and project management tools. Strong numerical literacy and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion. Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for the sports and wellness industry.
