Executive - Railway Operations & KYC

Join Tripjack, a Great Place to Work certified company, as an Operations Executive focusing on our growing Railway segment. You will play a crucial role in managing seamless booking journeys and providing top-notch support to over 60K+ travel agent partners across India.

• Conducting thorough KYC verification for customers to ensure full regulatory compliance. Managing and resolving end-to-end operational queries regarding railway bookings, cancellations, and refunds. Efficiently handling professional email correspondence with timely and accurate updates. Resolving diverse customer and agent queries through IVR calls with high professionalism. Coordinating closely with internal departments to streamline request processing. Maintaining meticulous records of all transactions and partner interactions on the platform. Upholding strict adherence to company service quality standards and operational policies.

• Prior experience in travel operations or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi for effective call and email handling. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to perform accurate KYC documentation. Proficiency in managing basic computer applications and ticketing platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
