Experienced Accounts Assistant - Tally Expert

Join our expanding team at Heliac Energii as a skilled Accountant to manage essential financial operations and statutory compliance. This is a perfect role for finance professionals in Goa looking to handle full-cycle accounting in a dynamic trading and distribution environment.

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of company accounts. Executing precise GST reconciliations and ensuring timely filings of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Handling TDS compliance including returns for 26Q and 24Q and other statutory mandates. Overseeing daily banking operations, bank reconciliations, and efficient cash flow management. Preparing accurate financial reports and coordinating with the team for industrial supply accounting.

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience, preferably in the Trading, Distribution, or Industrial Supply sectors. Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime software. Strong academic background with a B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance. Expertise in GST filings, TDS returns, and general financial reporting standards. Preference will be given to local candidates from Sanguem or Curchorem areas.
