Job Summary:
Join Puff Point as a skilled Baker to craft high-quality puffs, khari, and biscuits in a busy bakery environment. We offer a flexible working schedule and a supportive atmosphere for dedicated bakery professionals looking for long-term growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expertly prepare and bake a variety of products including puffs, khari, and biscuits (toast). Maintain consistent quality and taste as per the bakery s established standards. Handle dough preparation and monitor baking temperatures accurately. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area at all times. Manage inventory of raw materials required for daily production. Coordinate with the team to meet production targets during peak hours.
Requirements:
Proven experience specifically in making puff, khari, and biscuits is mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment with precision. Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene practices. Preference for candidates who can join immediately and handle full-day shifts.
