Job Summary:
Join a growing hospitality chain to spearhead new cafe launches and drive pre/post-sales operations across the region. We seek a proactive leader capable of identifying prime locations and ensuring seamless outlet transitions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and scout strategic locations for new cafe openings. Manage the end-to-end process of setting up and launching new outlets. Oversee pre-sales marketing and post-launch sales performance. Coordinate with stakeholders for immediate project commencement. Ensure operational excellence during the initial stabilization phase.
Requirements:
Compulsory previous experience in cafe setup or hospitality expansion. Proven track record in site selection and vendor coordination. Ability to join immediately (Immediate Joiners only). Strong communication skills for vendor and sales management.
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive monthly salary of ₹42,000 - ₹45,000. Travel and conveyance allowance provided. Performance-based incentives. Opportunity to work directly with the founding team.
