Lead the operation of CI Flexo printing machines within the flexible packaging unit.
Monitor print quality and make necessary technical adjustments during runs.
Maintain equipment efficiency and minimize material wastage.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Flexible Packaging industry.
Expertise in operating CI Flexo printing presses.
Strong understanding of color management and substrate handling.
Proven track record of technical reliability and precision.
