Experienced Coffee Production Supervisor

Join our dynamic team at Plantrich Agritech to lead our premium coffee processing operations. We are looking for a dedicated supervisor to oversee roasting, grinding, and packaging while maintaining top-notch quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and monitor daily coffee processing cycles to ensure maximum efficiency. Supervise all stages of production including roasting, grinding, and final packaging. Strictly enforce food safety, hygiene, and industrial quality standards. Provide training and guidance to production staff to streamline daily workflows. Maintain detailed production logs and report performance metrics to management. Work closely with the maintenance department to keep processing machinery in top condition. Execute safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment on the shop floor.

• Prior experience in coffee processing or the food production industry is highly preferred. Sound knowledge of quality control measures and food safety regulations. Strong leadership qualities with a knack for practical problem-solving. Capacity to handle pressure and meet targets in a busy production setup. Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
