Experienced Gardener & Nursery Specialist

Join the vibrant team at Hug A Plant as a dedicated Gardener to maintain our nursery and support high-quality landscaping projects. We are looking for individuals passionate about horticulture who can transform outdoor spaces through professional plant care and seasonal rotations.

• Systematic watering of plants, trees, and lawns to ensure optimal growth.
• Executing weeding, mulching, pruning, and professional plant grooming.
• Preparing soil beds using correct mixtures of compost, manure, and fertilizers.
• Assisting with irrigation setup and basic maintenance of garden systems.
• Implementing pest and disease control using both natural and chemical methods.
• Supporting the landscape team during seasonal planting and major project execution.

• Basic knowledge of plant care, fertilization, and watering requirements.
• Hands-on experience with garden tools like spades, pruning shears, and rakes.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Minimum 10th or 12th pass; certificates in horticulture are a significant plus.
• Prior experience in nurseries, parks, or landscaping sites is preferred.
