We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our growing team and handle comprehensive human resource operations. This is a golden opportunity for professionals with 3+ years of experience to manage the entire employee lifecycle and foster a positive office environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing the full cycle of End to End Recruitment to bring top talent on board. Handling the complete Onboarding Process for new joiners and managing Exit formalities. Overseeing Attendance and Leaves Management systems with high accuracy. Organizing Employee Engagement activities to boost team morale. General Administration duties and maintaining essential office records. Professional handling of Employee Grievance issues to ensure workplace harmony. Developing and maintaining a healthy work culture within the office premises.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of core experience in HR operations is mandatory. In-depth knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll/attendance systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with staff grievances. Ability to work in-person at our Navi Mumbai location. Proven track record in employee engagement and administration.
