• Stitch and develop premium samples for ladies kurtas, sets, and ethnic wear Understand and execute designs from reference photos or sketches accurately Perform precise pattern making and fabric cutting as per requirements Maintain strict measurements to ensure perfect garment fit for every piece Ensure neat finishing and maintain high stitching quality standards Collaborate closely with the designer to bring new styles to life

• Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in professional ladies tailoring Expertise in stitching kurtas, suits, dresses, and traditional ethnic wear Profound ability to create patterns and develop initial samples Deep knowledge of fabrics like Cotton, Linen, Chanderi, and Rayon Excellent attention to detail with a focus on premium finishing Previous experience with boutiques or clothing brands is highly preferred
