Roles & Responsibilities:
Generating fresh leads through professional calls, WhatsApp engagement, and digital platforms. Handling diverse customer inquiries for customized holiday packages and essential travel services. Converting potential leads into confirmed bookings to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintaining long-term client relations and ensuring smooth booking coordination with the operations team. Updating CRM data regularly and following up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate with 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel. Solid understanding of domestic and international tourism markets and booking platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to handle diverse clientele. Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented and professional environment.
