Roles & Responsibilities:
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and diverse platforms to source top-tier talent
Screen and shortlist potential candidates based on specific client requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews while managing communication between parties
Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle efficiently
Maintain and update comprehensive candidate databases and recruitment records
Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR consulting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing and professional networking
Proven capacity to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
Highly organized with attention to detail in database management
