Farm Advisory Officer for Sustainable Agri

• Visit farmers regularly to provide technical consultation on crop growth, soil health, and pest management.
• Demonstrate the correct application methods, dosage, and timings for ESR Agro products.
• Organize and conduct farmer training programs, village meetings, and live field demonstrations.
• Assist farmers in interpreting soil test results and developing efficient seasonal crop plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to document success stories and organize farmer camps.
• Prepare detailed field reports and collect ground-level feedback for management review.

• Possess any Graduate Degree (Agriculture or related fields preferred).
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory to communicate effectively with local farmers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical agri-concepts in simple language.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across rural Tamil Nadu for field work.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for sustainable farming.
