Join MTAP Technologies to lead our field engineering team and manage innovative hardware implementations for our flagship Safetrax solution. We offer a growth-oriented environment where you can discover your full potential while delivering exceptional service to our global clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing and assigning schedules for technician visits at customer premises.
Supporting and managing on-field customer issues and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Handling hardware integration, testing, and troubleshooting of GPS, Live Cameras, Routers, and RFID readers.
Performing detailed data gathering and requirement analysis to bridge gaps in existing processes using Safetrax.
Monitoring GPS devices via UI and Database while ensuring seamless software-hardware integration.
Requirements:
5-7 years of relevant experience in field engineering or support management.
Basic knowledge of hardware technical specifications and their underlying technology.
Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to the Customer Success team.
Experience in preparing consolidated Knowledge Transfer (KT) documentation.
Strong relationship management skills to ensure clients become reference-able post-Go-Live.
