Field Desktop & Laptop Support Engineer

We are hiring proactive individuals for the role of Desktop Support Engineer to handle critical field-work operations. This is a brilliant opportunity for tech-savvy candidates to provide on-site technical assistance, hardware troubleshooting, and OS management across Chennai.

• Provide first-level support for various hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain different operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux. Assist employees and clients with IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person visits. Offer expert guidance on the usage of software applications and modern IT equipment. Train end-users on newly implemented software and system updates to ensure smooth transitions.

• Education qualification: Degree, Diploma, ITI, or any relevant certification. Experience: Freshers are welcome or candidates with up to 1+ year of experience. Must possess a two-wheeler for field visits (Fuel allowances will be provided). Basic knowledge of OS installation and internal hardware part replacement. Good communication skills to interact with users and clients effectively.
