Food Factory Production Supervisor

Manage the maintenance, repair, or replacement of faulty production equipment.

• Substantial experience of 5 to 10 years in food factory supervision. Proven ability to manage production teams and maintain high output standards. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and OHS practices. Technical mindset for checking machinery and identifying faults. Excellent reporting and communication skills for management updates.
