Food Technologist - Chocolate Manufacturing

Exciting opportunity for a Food Technologist to join our specialized chocolate production unit at Kakkanad. You will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards, assisting in R&D, and ensuring seamless food safety processes within our factory.

• Monitoring and maintaining stringent quality standards during the production cycle. Assisting the R&D team with new product development and recipe formulation. Ensuring all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed in the unit. Supporting the production team in process control and operational efficiency. Maintaining detailed documentation and quality records for audit purposes. Conducting regular testing and quality control checks on raw materials and finished goods.

• Must possess a B.Tech degree in Food Technology. Experience ranging from 0 to 5 years (Freshers are welcome). Sound knowledge of food safety, quality control, and manufacturing processes. Good communication skills and proficiency in technical documentation. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to factory operations.
