• Maintain close coordination with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
• Manage the billing process and handle payments securely.
• Keep detailed and updated guest records and daily reports.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance the guest experience.

• At least 2 years of solid experience working at a hotel front desk.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests.
• Must have a friendly, presentable, and professional personality.
• Basic computer knowledge for managing bookings and records.
• Proven ability to handle guest requests politely and remain calm under pressure.

• Monthly salary between ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
