• Warmly greeting visitors and managing the reception area to maintain a posh office vibe.
• Handling incoming calls, screening them, and directing to the concerned departments.
• Managing courier services, incoming mail, and scheduling important appointments.
• Accurate data entry into company systems and regular verification of records.
• Assisting the admin and sales teams with documentation and daily reporting.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all physical and digital company data.

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate degree in any stream.
• Good command over English and Hindi for smooth communication.
• Decent typing speed with a focus on data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Email handling.
• Professional appearance with a positive and helpful attitude.
• 0-3 years of experience (Freshers with good skills are most welcome).
