General Manager - Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee our entire production lifecycle and bridge the gap between strategic planning and daily execution. You will be responsible for managing the 5 M s —Men, Machines, Methods, Money, and Materials—to ensure top-quality output within budget.

• Develop and implement detailed daily and weekly production schedules to meet sales forecasts Allocate manpower, machinery, and raw materials efficiently to optimize resource utilization Supervise the end-to-end manufacturing process from raw materials to finished goods Enforce strict quality assurance programs and troubleshoot to minimize rejections and rework Schedule routine equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to eliminate downtime Implement lean manufacturing techniques and process improvements to boost total throughput Lead and motivate factory floor staff while identifying training needs for technical teams Manage inventory levels of raw materials and oversee final packaging of finished products Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure operations adhere to environmental standards Control production costs and prepare performance reports for senior management

• Proven experience in production management and leadership of technical teams Strong technical knowledge of machinery and manufacturing workflows Ability to analyze production data and implement cost-control measures Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Degree in Engineering or Operations Management preferred
